Road Infrastructure Agency
As of August 12, 2006 the Road Infrastructure Agency (RIA) is the successor of Executive Agency 'Roads'. The fund is responsible for the construction and maintenance of highways, first-, second- and third-class roads which provide important transport connections and make up the road network of Bulgaria.

National Company Strategic Infrastructure Projects
National Company Strategic Infrastructure Projects was created with amendments to the Roads Law in 2011. The company is a state enterprise subordinate to the Minister of Regional Development and Public Works. The company is a named beneficiary under Operational Programme Transport as from December 2011.
NCSIP’s objective is to efficiently finance, design, build, manage, operate and maintain the Struma, Hemus and Black Sea Motorways.

Bulgarian Association of ARCHITECTS AND ENGINEERS CONSULTANTS
Bulgarian Association of Consulting Engineers and Architects - BACEA was founded in October 1999 and is the only organization in Bulgaria to bring together the companies exercising construction supervision and consultant activity.
The public activity of the Association, as well as the fact that it is very often the initiator of joint standpoints on issues important for the colleagues from this field, makes the Association a very valuable factor in the public space, along with other professional organizations in the design and construction area.

The Bulgarian Association of Consulting Companies in Railway Construction

National Association of Municipalities in the Republic of Bulgaria
National Association of Municipalities in the Republic of Bulgaria (NAMRB) was established on December 11, 1996 by 1/3 of all Bulgarian municipalities. By the middle of 1997 the number of municipalities-members reached 2/3, which entitles the Association to be a legitimate representative of the local government and to represent and defend its interests. Since 1999 all 264 municipalities are members of NAMRB.
Intelligent Transport Systems
Intelligent Transport Systems – Bulgaria (ITS-Bulgaria) is an independent, voluntary non-profit organization established to encourage, promote, and expound the best European and world practices and solutions in the field of Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS). ITS-Bulgaria is created as part of the European ITS Associations framework to stimulate the creation and implementation of an innovation strategy to develop the Bulgarian transport network. The founder-members of ITS-Bulgaria are manufacturers, suppliers, and contractors of travel and hardware accessories for the implementation of ITS solutions.

Bulgarian Water Association
The Bulgarian Water Association (BWA) is a non-profit organization established on 1 December 2005. Members of Association are juridical and natural persons, who are involved in the water supply and wastewater collection (WSW) field, including quality and treatment of drinking water and wastewater; management, preservation and utilization of water resources. The juridical persons are corporate members. These are regional and local water and wastewater utility companies as well as trade companies, construction companies, designers’ bureaus, consultancies.

The Bulgarian Association for Trenchless Technologies
The Bulgarian Association for Trenchless Technologies (BATT) was founded in 2007 to support the development of trenchless technology through its promotion on theory and in practice.
